How leasing program works: You pay a $99 Upfront Fee, then just $9.99 per month for your equipment. A 24-month service commitment is required. In case of Early Termination below conditions apply:
If you cancel your order before installation, you will not be charged.

If you cancel before Installation:
Nothing will be charged from you.

If you cancel within 30 days of activation:
No Service Termination Fees are charged. You must return your HughesNet modem, power supply and radio within 45 days from the time of termination. Failure in returning these equipments within stipulated time will result in $300 fee ($100 for the modem and power supply and $200 for the radio transmitter). Note: You will not be refunded your $99 Upfront Fee or other installation charges and fees.

If you cancel after 30 days of activation but before the end of your 24-month term commitment:
You will be charged a $400 Service Termination Fee.
You must return your HughesNet modem, power supply and radio within 45 days from the time of termination. Failure in returning these equipments within stipulated time will result in $300 fee ($100 for the modem and power supply and $200 for the radio transmitter).

If you cancel after the end of your 24-month term commitment:
